Abhishek Kumar has done B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi. He was a bright student throughout his school and college and has received various awards including the prestigious NTSE Scholarship. He developed an interest in teaching during his IIT days when he used to mentor his school juniors in their preparation. After graduating in 2012, he worked with a multinational engineering company for a year but due to his passion for teaching, he left it and joined VMC as Physics faculty.

He has been associated with VMC for 7 years now. His dedication, sincerity and brilliance in subject knowledge shaped him as a great teacher and he is currently the Head of the department (Physics) at VMC Pitampura. He is loved by students for his calm and composed way of teaching and making even the difficult concepts look pretty simple.
